Halloween, just around the corner, is a time for children and adults to wear masks and costumes and pretend they’re someone…or something…else for a night. But what if the masks were part of our daily lives? What if we put on a disguise each day and pretended to be someone we’re not? Sometimes, we may even do that in our professional lives, and the results can be less than ideal.
But Todd Dewett, Monday’s keynote speaker at the CALA Fall Conference & Trade Show, says that donning a mask is not necessary. During his session, he will build on organizational science and years of practical experience to help us unleash a more interesting and authentic version of ourselves and show us that more is always possible.
